Committee of General Purposes Meeting

Brethren,

By direction of the WM, there is to be a COGP meeting on Thursday August 18th in the board room at 99 Morrow Road at 7:30 pm.

The principal reason is to discuss and recommend the budget to be presented and approved by the brethren at the first meeting, Thursday, September 1st, as per our bylaws. The WM, and his wardens will also be discussing the upcoming year. Any brethren wishing to add an item to the agenda must inform the Senior Warden, Bro. Carl Dicks.
